Welcome to our comfortable refurbished one-bedroom ground floor apartment. We have recently undertaken a further upgrade to improve the property, replacing the bathroom, flooring and putting in fire doors.

The flat is located in Keswick’s town centre, and has the advantage of private off-street parking, with amenities and shops – including a wealth of restaurants and bars – a couple of minutes walk away. For guests who prefer to cook, we have provided a wide range of kitchenware.

The space

The apartment has a large open-plan living room with a well equipped kitchen, including an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There are two comfortable sofas and a smart TV in the living room area. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower enclosure. The apartment has WiFi internet access.

We provide a welcome pack so you can have a cup of tea or coffee on arrival, and there is a Spar convenience shop next to the apartment’s car park. Booths high quality food hall and the Co-op supermarket are a ten minute walk away, at the bottom end of the Town Centre. Furthermore, there is a laundrette two blocks away.
